An update from Rudy, via Jay:
Well, the team made it across the border at around 3pm, just in time to miss an earthquake in Oaxaca! They did not even feel the quake, although it was apparently a sizeable one. No word on damages. Pray for the townsfolk if you think about it.
The Mexico Team is planning on being home Sunday night at midnight (technically, Monday morning, if you’re keeping track) after driving home from Portland around 10pm. Pray for safe travel and that the things learned in Mexico make it back with the students and staff.
The team is currently in San Diego.
We will hopefully have another update and some more pictures this evening, if Jared can find internet access. Also, the hotline is now functional, so you can call and get updates as they travel.
