Serving with Campus Crusade in Eugene, OR
Karen is on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. In July 2005, Disciplemakers International, the ministry she had served with since 1991, joined forces with Campus Crusade’s Military Ministry, whose mission is to help military men and women of all nations and their families to become followers of Jesus Christ. Now, in addition to continuing to have an ongoing consulting ministry in disciplemaking, she and her co-workers in Eugene are developing discipleship resources for ministry in the military and online internet evangelism and discipleship specifically for military personnel and their families. They are also heading up a task force concerning helping the church serve more effectively those affected by PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
