Steve and Kathy are part of the Greater Northwest Leadership team of Campus Crusade for Christ. The overall organizational goal of Campus Crusade for Christ is to be involved in planting movements of spiritual multiplication, such that everyone can know someone that knows Christ. This is done by Winning people to Christ, Building them in their faith, and Sending them out for a life time of doing the same.

Marilyn is coordinating the translation of the Bible into Wolof, a language spoken by 3 million Muslims in Senegal. Two dozen missions use these translations in their outreach to Wolofs, by radio, cassettes, the Jesus film, and compassion ministries. To date, the entire New Testament has been completed and 80% of the Old Testament is first drafted, 30% of that is approved for publication.

Serving with Wycliffe

Bob an Nancy are members of Wycliffe Bible Translators and are serving in the Solomon Islands with the Translation Advisory Group there. Bob is Deputy Director for administration and Nancy is the member care coordinator. They also oversee water transportation for field staff and use SWAN, their sailboat, to transport teams to various islands for translation and literacy work.

Serving with Wycliffe

Larry’s job is to help programmers meet the needs of Bible translators in the field. He also provides computer support and teaches computer classes to future translators at the Canadian Institute of Linguistics, which trains Wycliffe personnel from all over the world. The world’s remaining languages require sophisticated tools for translation. Kim is a seminary student.
