Don and Faye continue to do leadership development, primarily centered on leaders of newer missions and churches in Africa, Asia, and South America. Their channel of service to the world is through I.C.C. and WorldView Center, a living and learning community in Portland. North Americans committed to intercultural ministry may also be part of the community. To more effectively train, they are launching World Link Graduate Center, with a full MA program.
