Bridge Builders was founded in 1994 with headquarters in Philomath, OR. In 1998 a Latvian office was established in the capital city of Riga. Chuck is the founder and president of Bridge Builders which seeks to bring people together by identifying, assisting, and mobilizing individuals, churches, and organizations in America to develop meaningful ministry partnerships in Latvia.

Hello Eugene FBC Family,
It is nice to see your missions website. And it is an honor for us to be included in your missionary family.
